Badge scanning at our events
We may scan your badge on entry to manage capacity and safety, and to record attendance. If you allow exhibitors or partners to scan your badge at their stands/sessions, they become independent controllers of your data and will contact you under their own privacy notices.
Sharing your information
We share personal data with trusted service providers acting under contract (e.g., registration/ticketing platforms, payment processors, email and CRM platforms, badging/entrance systems, website hosting/analytics). We only provide what they need to deliver their services and require them to protect your data.

We retain registration and business-to-business marketing records for up to 3 years after your last interaction, unless a longer/shorter period is required by law or clearly stated at collection. We keep financial records as required by tax law.
